Yogurt tahini sauce 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups yogurt 
  • 3 tablespoons tahini 
  • 1 minced garlic 
  • Slat, to taste 

 

Method: 

Whist all ingredients together and add a little water if the yogurt is too thick. 

 

Per Serving: 573 Calories; 40g Fat (60.8% calories from fat); 25g Protein; 33g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 62mg Cholesterol; 280mg Sodium.
