Cooking class timing will be specified each time and can start10:00 am, some last 2 hours plus lunch and others could last 3 hours plus lunch depending on the complexity and technique involved.
The Maximum intake per class is 7 in order to have the time to explain steps and techniques clearly.
If the attendance is less than 5 then the class would be cancelled or postponed unless the clients would want to treat it as a private bespoke class.
Private bespoke classes are available where the menu is tailored to the clients’ wishes and dietary needs.
Private cooking dinner parties are also accommodated where the attendees help prepare the courses and enjoy a sit down dinner with their choice of beverage supplied by them at my home. Maximum of 3 hours then every hour thereafter is charged at 400 AED/ hour.
Finally private dinner parties in the pleasure of your home is also catered for and treated as bespoke.
The price per person is determined by the menu, it changes according to ingredients and complexity and the same applies to private bespoke classes.
A non-refundable deposit of 100 aed is required to hold your place. Please leave surname as a reference. The account details will be conveyed to you via e mail.
A 3 day notice would be advised in case of cancelation in order to retrieve the deposit.
